Hello. I am a lifelong California resident and a lifelong railfan. I bought my first VHS camera in 1988. Was and is mainly a Southern Pacific Railroad fan. I fell in love with the McCloud River Railroad and then later the McCloud Railway. But when the Southern Pacific Railroad merged into the Union Pacific by 1997 the handwriting was on the wall and I lost most interest in videoing the railroad world. So my videos here are all bound between 1988 and 1997. It took losing a couple of my VHS tapes to age permanently to wake up to the fact that these tapes were literally dying. So I put getting all remaining 45 VHS tapes that I had recorded onto MP4 Format.
