I know many of you might have noticed that I haven't been posting long videos lately. That's because I retired from them a few months ago to focus more on my personal life, though I'm still posting shorts. During this break from longer content (like follow-along workouts), I’ve noticed that many of you miss my workouts, and some have even asked me to make a comeback (even my daughter begged me to, hm!). 
Honestly, it’s tough because my focus has shifted.
