Hey everyone 👋 on Friday I got one of the most intense fevers I've ever had. Struggled to eat and sleep the whole weekend. Feeling slightly better but very weak. Will be back as soon as I can. Much love to you all 💜 

About 2 years ago I able to run 5kms under 30 minutes, pretty easy, but since I started running again, I was really struggling to do it, but I finally managed to do it tonight! 💪😊 

Been running again lately & it feels good. Haven't touched alcohol in 2 months 🔥😁 Hope you all having a great week so far and smashing your goals 💜🤘
