In just 5 minutes a day we will work on reshaping your hips and the muscles around the hip. If we can improve your hip mobility we will improve how well your body moves. This will reduce your injury risk and help you move more freely day-to-day!

MONDAY 1ST JULY!!!

This Monday is the first ever Challenge on this channel. The 'Don't Skip The Stretch... For 7 Days Challenge'


Each video will be live at 6am UK Time. The challenge is to follow along with each days stretch and see if you can kickstart a daily stretching habit. 

The videos are all around 10-12 minutes long so they fit perfectly into a busy schedule. You can do these stretches in the morning, post run, on your dinner break, or in the evening after work.

DON’T SKIP THE STRETCH… For 7 Days Challenge! Live from 1st July!

This challenge is designed to help you kickstart a daily stretching habit that can improve your body’s function, help you destress, and ultimately make you a better runner.

For 7 days, I invite you to join me in a daily stretching routine. I’ve created a series of follow-along videos that are easy to fit into your schedule.

Each video is designed to target different muscle groups, ensuring a well-rounded stretch that benefits your entire body.

How to Participate—

1. Watch the Daily Video: Each day from the 1st July 2024, I’ll post a new stretching video on my YouTube channel as part of this challenge. Follow along and complete the routine.

2. Share Your Progress: I’d love to see how you’re doing! Share your progress with the community by posting photos or videos on Instagram. Use the hashtag  #DontSkipTheStretch  and tag me so I can cheer you on.

3. Listen to Your Body: Remember, stretching should never be painful. If something doesn’t feel right, modify the stretch or skip it altogether. The goal is to feel good, not to push through discomfort.

Today’s video is an all round stretching routine that you can use anytime of the day. Morning, in your lunch break, after work or after a run. ✅

☀️The focus is on improving your flexibility. With regular stretching this is something that can be achieved so you may want to come back to this video and add it into your weekly schedule. 📆

Give yourself 20 minutes today or this weekend to have a good stretch and work on your flexibility 😊

You voted that you would like to see some challenges on my channel. So I’ve listened and I’ve started working on this one for July. 

‘DON’T SKIP THE STRETCH… for 7 Days Challenge!’ Will be 7 days of stretching between 10-15 minutes and I’m going to challenge you to stretch everyday for those 7 days. 

These stretches will be perfect for post run, morning, lunch break, after work to work on your flexibility and mobility and improve how well your body functions. 

Let’s see if you can kickstart a daily stretching habit. If you already do stretch daily then you will have a nice new stretch to follow along to with me each day for those 7 days 😊
