Hello dear Travellers!

Unfortunately there is no video this week :( BUT due to some popular demand back in those polls, I’ve been working on the longer video series Bloom (DragonPrince!Bakugou Angst) and Unwanted Attention (Multi-Character Comedy with a short sticky guy).

If my motivation rises again, it’s definitely continuing with the current timeline. There would be Overhaul, Fat Gum, and Tamaki getting into the mix! But… here’s something I’ve been pondering over:

Do we want a small Tetsutetsu timeline cameo following his debut in 7 Minutes in Heaven?

These were in the middle of recording, whether characters needed to be recorded or chapters needed to be completed. (You heard right, one of these have chapters). There were 10 choices for this one, so it took elimination rounds to select the first half here (a second half of this poll will be posted soon).

How this will work is whichever has the highest votes from both halves will determine the next ones to continue recording (which in turn will be the next to edit and make art for and so on). You can see how I hop about and can’t stay on one of these for long :/

We’re going to try and pick up where we left off! A few polls will be posted across this week to determine the next audios to be created for this channel. And possibly a poll for what you all may want to see outside of these timelines (perhaps some original content?)

We’ll start with an initial soft launch:

Earlier I mentioned that I had at least four audios under my belt. (Actually I have five). They needed at least to be edited together or some art to join them. Or both! Please be mindful that these will take time but they are the closest to finishing :)

Hello dear Travellers, or better yet, hello dear listeners and readers... it's time to confess... where have I disappeared to?

Not my usual lore-specific fare of a post, but it's time to get a little serious about the going-ons and the what's-happs. You all deserve that much before I prolong the hiatus a little longer. It'll be a long post, but there will be gems littered around, whether about life, or the channel itself.

It has been approximately close to 1 year and 8 months to this day since posting anything on this channel. And at least a year since being active on DIscord and Twitter (now called "X", of which I shake my head in defeat). A lot has happened that many of you have also probably gone through as well. Time and change affects everybody differently, for better or for worse. The boring story is that I am doing well in the real world. I'm fully employed and have been for quite some time with a company that values the skills I bring. For a few of you who may still be a subscriber to this channel I had explained in Discord the kind of work I do. For many thousands of you though, I work in the film and television industry, and with that comes the heavy workload and the long hours. (I am quite content in the work I do despite this). In fact, I disappeared as soon as I was employed. The time and effort to make content just became starved due to my focus on myself and my work in the real world. I confess I am a workaholic at times, but as of late I had been reflecting back on this channel, floating around and reading comments that still continue to be posted to this day. 

The number of you who have asked of me, where I ran off to, how I was doing, and if I was okay, have been so heart-warming. You gave me a smile every time I found a comment that thanked me for this content, even though I had gone MIA. (I may have faved a few and replied to some on and off during this exodus of mine, but I couldn't help but reply to a few). It's all of you that keep this little pocket of YouTube alive, and in doing so, keep the wonder and magic and lore alive. I've never stopped thinking about the rest of the journeys and the off-shoots that transpire in this created universe. The sheer amount of you who followed and invested in the storylines and timelines galore is all that matters to me. And even though many of you may have moved on to greater and better things, have grown out of MHA/ BNHA as a phase, I've enjoyed the ride, and will still continue to do so. I deep down hate the idea of leaving a job unfinished.

Overall, I had fallen out of the Anime ASMR community (or whatever's left of it) months before I became fully employed in the real world. I drifted into doing my own thing, exploring my own content to create something I enjoyed - from writing, recording, creating art, editing and mastering. I'm thankful to have found a community when I started, especially when it was during a time I worked in a toxic environment in the real world. This channel was born because I wanted to make one and express my creativity in a format that was new to me (but had secretly wanted to start anyhow). I cannot be any more grateful that it still stands against the test of time.

I can't promise any consistent content in the future. Expediting the process takes time that I need to make around the real world concerns that lurk about. But I can tell you that I was in the middle of completing at least three (or probably four) more videos before my impromptu exodus. All of them still need art (of which I transitioned to Clip Studio Paint last year), but again, life takes precedence until I can sort time out. I'm deeply excited to release them when I can, especially the one called The Bad Ending (an angsty one I'm afraid).

There are still many stories to explore, from the Fantasy realm, to the Villain Saga. And as much as BNHA may no longer be relevant, or on anyone's radar anymore, this fan-fictional universe will still be here. Who knows, maybe some original "original" content might crop up. Had been working on an interactive fiction idea for a time (which adds coding to the plate for that one).

Still, I digress quite a bit. Nostalgia comes out as a rambling mess sometimes. All I know is that there are chapters I have yet to record and create art for that can become a part of this content universe. All current chapters are on my Wattpad (and you'll quickly find which ones have yet to become videos). We're not short on content, just time. I hope to come back for air on this channel. I hope to keep creating content, no matter what it receives. I have no expectations, just the joy of making something that I can be proud of at the end of the day, and hopefully that others can enjoy. From a storyteller to their audience, I hope I can entertain Travellers who come and go.

P.S.S. I've been on and off about writing the origin stories of those in the second image. All OCs who have been littered here and there on the channel but will become prevalent in later chapters of a few timelines.
