Gizmo is a 18-year-old Congo African Grey parrot who found a loving home with us (Emily and Kyle) in April 2022. For the first 16 years of Gizmo's life, he was confined to a cage, which made him cautious and hesitant. However, with time, love, and patience, Giz formed a deep connection to his human family. Other Members of our Flock: Bloob - 8-year-old Indian Ringneck (Rescue) Bird - 3-year-old Jenday Conure We feel incredibly fortunate that fate guided Gizmo into our lives, allowing us the opportunity to offer him the love and care he so richly deserves. We created this channel with a dual purpose: to educate and to encourage people to choose adoption over purchasing young birds. There are countless birds out there in need of permanent, loving homes. It's our hope that Gizmo's story will not only enrich your lives with love and laughter but also inspire you to make the compassionate choice of adoption.
